Perry loves an adventure challenge, just like you. His dream is to empower ordinary people to do extraordinary things - be it pushing their personal boundaries, setting new goals for themselves or taking on life changing experiences.

He established the company to offer bespoke packages for private clients and groups of all sizes. Over the years, he has led dozens of international challenges and adventures including multiple ascents of Mt Kilimanjaro, Mt Aconcagua, Mont Blanc and Mt Elbrus as well as leading in Iceland, Scotland and Israel to name just a few. 

Apart from leading groups on mountain summits and treks all around the world, Perry is a Certified Ironman Coach, Marathon Coach and Cycling Coach, as well as a Functional Strength Specialist. Throughout his career he has continued his passion, competing in multiple Marathon, Ultra-Marathon and Ironman Triathlon competitions all over the world, culminating in winning 2nd place at the Iron-Distance Challenge Venice Trivictus 2017.

Perry’s love of the mountains and outdoor environment is contagious. His clients often consider him their Father Figure whilst they’re on an adventure, with many of them saying there was no way they could have completed the challenge without him by their side.

Daniel Ngowi

Daniel Ngowi is a Professional Mountain Guide and Local Leader in East Africa. He has over 25 year’s experience leading tours in Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. Daniel’s vast mountain climbing experience includes leading groups up Mt. Kilimanjaro, Mt. Kenya in Kenya, Mt. Ruwenzori and Mt. Elgon in Uganda and Mt Meru and Oldoinyo Lengai in Tanzania.

In November 2011 Daniel was honoured to have been chosen by the Tanzanian Government to raise the Tanzanian flag at the peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro as a celebration of 50 years of Tanzanian independence.

Daniel’s varied training and experience includes leading Wildlife Safaris in a variety of East African Countries including The Serengeti, The Ngorongoro Crater, Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli in Kenya. He is an expert in Maasai trekking, Chimpanzee trekking in Tanzania, and Gorilla trekking in Uganda.

Daniel is a fully certified and licensed Guide with qualifications in Wildlife Management and accredited by the Tanzanian Red Cross Society and Expedition  and Emergency Rescue Care in the UK.

Having made over 300 successful summits, Daniel knows a thing or two about mountains. His favourite things about mountains include enjoying the spectacular views of the clouds; studying and learning more about the rare plants, birds and mammals and experiencing the extraordinary ecosystems.

 

Daniel is an important part of the team and is looking forward to sharing his extensive and unique knowledge with all our adventurers.

NOAH SUGARMAN

Team Leader

 Noah grew up in London, always keeping very active.

He excelled many in sports, such as football, rugby and cricket and competed in triathlons from a young age.

He then moved to Israel and was scouted by the Israeli under 18s National Rugby Team, where he played for 3 years. 

Noah served in the IDF for 3 years as a combat sniper. He received the Outstanding Award representing his platoon in the battalion athletics tournament.

On completing his service, Noah has completed multiple summits of mountains around the world.

Through this, Noah's love of mountains has grown, as well as his desire to share this passion with many people. 

Benjamin has a Diploma in Hotel Management, Cookery & Baking from the Tropical Institute College of Arusha and has extensive experience working as hotel Sous Chef in many of Africa's top hotels.

He has over 20 years experience working on mountains, trek expeditions and safaris. His experience includes work as a porter, mountain guide and chef. 

Benjamin has a first hand understanding of mountain and trek nutrition and works closely with our team to create a wide variety of meals that are suitable for all our African adventures and tours and are both nutritious and delicious. He is able to cater for all dietary requirements and has extensive knowledge of Kosher requirements and preparing food for Shabbat.
