With this passion in mind, Perry established PJS Challenges to craft tailor-made adventures for individuals and groups. PJS takes pride in supporting local communities by collaborating exclusively with certified local guides and crews worldwide, ensuring your journey is not only memorable but also positively impacts the places you visit.

Over the past 20 years, Perry has taken clients on countless international adventures, from conquering mountains to scenic treks and thrilling bike rides. Perry himself has led numerous trips to iconic destinations like Mt. Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, Mt. Aconcagua, Mont Blanc, Mt. Elbrus and many more. His adventures span the Himalayas, South America, Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

Perry firmly believes that most people underestimate their capabilities. Through adventure, they often discover hidden talents and newfound confidence. Over the years, he’s witnessed incredible transformations in his clients after completing one of his expeditions.

Beyond his role as a guide, Perry is a certified Ironman Coach, Marathon Coach, and Cycling Coach. He’s competed in various marathons, ultra-marathons, and Ironman Triathlons worldwide, making him a valuable resource for adventure preparation.

NOAH SUGARMAN
Team Leader
Noah grew up in London, always keeping very active.
He excelled in many sports, such as football, rugby and cricket and competed in triathlons from a young age.
He then moved to Israel and was scouted by the Israeli under 18s National Rugby Team, where he played for 3 years.
​
Noah served in the IDF for 3 years as a combat sniper. He received the Outstanding Award representing his platoon in the battalion athletics tournament.
​
On completing his service, Noah has completed multiple summits of mountains around the world.
Through this, Noah's love of mountains has grown, as well as his desire to share this passion with many people.
