Biking in Tibetan Plateaus is a jaw-dropping experience and possible for normal cyclists with good physical fitness. The bike cycling trip stars from Lhasa and heads all the way to Everest Base Camp via Gyantse-Shigatse-Shakya-Shegar and Rongbuk.

 

The biking trip crosses above 5,000m over the Himalayas. The daily average distance of cycling is between 65 to 75 KM and reaches a maximum altitude of 5210 meters above sea level. You will be staying at basic guest houses in local villages.
